Our acrylic products are hand crafted and polished to a natural sheen without the use of any wax or finish.Since our items are made from natural wood, some variations in grain and colorations may be present in the final product.

Located in our nation’s Historic Triangle, The Colonial Woodsmyth is an artisan of rare and exotic woods. We craft items for gifts, home décor, home furnishings, entertaining, play and learning. A thirty year hobby was transformed into a business late in 2009 after a job lay off.
Many crafters do Fret Work and Wood Turnings, and produce wonderful items. What sets The Colonial Woodsmyth apart as an artisan is our use of rare and exotic woods that are imported from around the world. Our appeal is to customers who appreciate the grain and natural beauty of wood. We use no stain or artificial color. The natural color of the exotic wood is displayed.
